Delivery & Returns


All items purchased will be despatched within 3 business days. All deliveries will be made by Royal Mail.

Mainland UK

All orders will be delivered by Royal Mail-Special Delivery Guaranteed Service.

All orders will be delivered free of charge.


International Deliveries

All orders will be delivered by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed Service and as indicated delivery times vary depending on the country we are sending to.

For all orders £6 will be applied.

When a parcel sent outside of the UK, please keep in mind that there are more than one postal office involved and this might causes some delays. Also customs checks in the related country can also cause delays.


Returns & Refunds
We wish you like and wear our jewellery with pleasure therefore if you face any problem please contact us through within 7 days after receiving the item. All items should be received by us within 14 days to be refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and proof of purchase should be presented.

If the item has any harm before you receive it, we are happy to send a new one if there is one in stocks or exchange the item with another product. If there is any damage while you are returning the item, unfortunately we can not accept the refund.

In time if there is gold plating fading or tarnishing on the item these are not considered a fault and we will not refund for this. We can however offer a re-plating or polishing service if you agree to pay the necessary amount.

All delivery costs for return items including the cost of items lost, stolen or damaged during transit, have to be born by the buyer.

If you are shipping an item over £75 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing a shipping insurance. We can give no guarantee of the receipt of your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
